- Introducing different applications of hydraulics
- Comparison of hydraulic systems with mechanical and electrical systems
- Understanding the physical principles used in hydraulic science and concepts of flow rate, pressure, power and speed in hydraulic systems.
- Principles of pump performance and the introduction of various pumps
- Principles of valve operation and the introduction of a variety of pressure control, flow control and directional control valves
- Principles of actuators operation and the introduction of various types of actuators
- Introducing the symbols and hydraulic symbols in the software environment
- Simulation of preliminary hydraulic circuits in the software and practical testing
- Reviewing and interpreting the most applicable industrial circuits
- Introduction to various speed and pressure control methods.
