Course content:
- RCA root cause analysis of problem-based deficiencies and familiarity with the underlying causes
- Main steps in the effective analysis of root causes of failure in hydraulic systems
- Preparing for start of the analysis and searching for documents and evidence for the problems, tools and samples.
- Definition of a threshold criterion for the analysis and practical use and criteria for the continuation or termination of analysis in hydraulic systems
- Members of the analysis group and relevant key points and how to hold the cause and effect analysis sessions.
- Reviewing operating conditions of the problem, applications and considerations, and using analysis of changes and past problems.
- Definition of the problem and the rights and wrongs, and the formulation of the factsheet, key points in identifying the causes of failures in hydraulic systems
- Search for the primary effect and analysis of the cause and effect of the problems and the W and H parameters and the use of the FLUID SIM software in the troubleshooting of hydraulic and electro-hydraulic circuits
