Course content:
- Introducing the internal structure (taxonomy) of hydraulic systems and specifications
- Technical details (including Power Pack, pipes, valves, …)
- Motion diagram and fault detection and mapping algorithms for hydro-hydraulic circuits
- Repair flowcharts
- Investigating common causes of failure in different circuit parts
- Introduction to the oil purification levels and the effect of its analysis on identifying defects
- Systematic troubleshooting of hydraulic circuits and familiarity with the principles of monitoring
- Use of data for maintenance of hydraulic equipment
- Getting familiar with safety tips required in working with hydraulic devices
- Important points in repairing pumps, cylinders and accumulators
- Check the failure and repair of cylinders, pumps and hydraulic valves
- Opening and closing the hydraulic parts, including valves and pumps, by trainers.
- Replacing the faulty component and reinstalling the hydraulic system
