- RCA root causes analysis problems, solving event-based problems, and learning the principles of causes and effects on the troubleshooting of pneumatic systems
- Main steps in effective analysis that are root causes of failure in pneumatic systems
- Preparing for the start of analysis and searching for documents and evidence for the problems, tools and samples.
- Definition of a threshold criterion for the analysis and practical use and the criteria for continuing or stopping analysis in pneumatic systems.
- Members of the analysis group and relevant key points and how to hold the cause and effect analysis sessions.
- Reviewing the operating conditions of the problem and benefiting the analysis of changes and past problems
- Definition of the problem and right and wrong, along with the development of the factsheet, key points in identifying the causes of failure in pneumatic systems
- Search for the primary effect and analysis of cause and effect problems and five W and one H
- Troubleshooting pneumatic and electro-pneumatic systems using the FLUID SIM software
